How can I get a Student Visa to Canada From Taiwan ?

How can I get a Student Visa to Canada From Taiwan ?
Hello! I'm an overseas foreign worker from Philippines, I would like to apply from Taiwan for Canada. How long does it take to process for a student visa? What requirements do I need to settle? How about applying for other visas such as work and immigrant, which one is more easy and fast? Thanks for your suggestions or comments you could share to me.

"easy and fast". Two words immigration don't like to hear. Another red flag for them will be that you aren't applying from your own country.
2 :
You need to get a work visa first before you can even come here. Unless you are a student you cannot apply for a student visa. If you are a student you'll have to show a letter of acceptance to a Canadian university first. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

You need to apply to a Canadian college or university and be accepted before you can get a student visa. Once you are accepted the visa will be straight forward. However, you will pay very high tuition and may not work off campus. Otherwise, the work visa application information and forms are here:

Canada student visa and study permit is valid but my study is completed?

If you have completed your studies early, and haven't reported it to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), your study permit is already invalid. This is because it is your responsibility to contact the CIC immediately if anything related to your studies changes. Changes include but are not limited to: **There has been a change in your funding situation; **Information on your Canadian Study Permit has changed and/or is no longer valid; **You intend to continue studies longer than the expiration date on your study permit; and/or **Your studies have concluded before your study permit has expired. Since your Study Permit is already invalid, you need to contact a CIC office immediately to get an extension on your Visa. You need to do this quickly to avoid being asked to leave the country immediately (or worse). There's no avoiding it because the school's records and your study permit end date are already out of synch. See the website below for more information. Good luck.

Can an international student work in Canada after suspended?

Can an international student work in Canada after suspended?
A foreign student came to Ontario as an international university student. However, he got suspended because of failing grades. He would not be able to continue studying for 8 months. Does the VISA allow him to work in Canada during that period?

Hi. The student should contact Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) immediately. They require immediate reporting if there are any changes to the information submitted on the original Canadian Study Permit. Matter of fact, until recently students were suppose to report a change in their major, although that is no longer the case. If the CIC isn't contacted and the proper documentation isn't issued for the extension, the chances of the student picking up their studies at their Canadian university in 8 months is slim to none. I would imagine that the school is also reponsible for reporting both the student's suspension and reinstatement to the CIC, so it's doubtful that there's any getting around it from the student's perspective. Furthermore, student work permits are usually granted by the university at which the student is studying and generally only for 20 hours a week unless they are involved in a school-sponsored internship. Therefore, I would suspect that any documentation to stay in Canada to work between now and when the student is reinstated at their university would be different from any documentation they currently hold. The websites below should help. Good luck.

If someone dies, what happens to the Canada student loans that she owes?

If someone dies, what happens to the Canada student loans that she owes?
Is the debt forgiven or does the family have to pay. What do you mean by the Estate?

the debt is placed against the estate - if there's no money in the estate, then the debt it forgiven. so, in other words, no, the family doesn't have to pay, but the money will be taken out of the estate first (if there is one).
2 :
Family only pays is they co-signed for the debt. Otherwise the estate of the dead person will use any assets to repay the debt, if there aren't any, the debt goes unpaid.
3 :
What they mean by the estate is that if they have any assets such as property or bank account that can be liquidated to pay for the student loans.
