You can get university loans (scholarships) or apply for gov't loans...
2 :
Try checking out www.internationalstudent.com. It has several references and suggest different plans for your interest.

Students who are looking for a bad credit student loan should pick three schools they are most interested in, talk to the admissions office, and ask what is needed to apply in their school.A bad credit<!--student loan is payable only after the student has completed his or her education, and has started earning a certain minimum amount. You can find more information on Student Loan here, http://badcredits.awardspace.com/student-loans.htm The minimum amount that the candidate of the bad credit student loan is required to earn has also increased. Bad credit student loans are available as both secured and unsecured loans-->depending on whether you are a homeowner or not. The rate of interest to be paid on unsecured bad credit student loans is higher than that on secured bad credit student loans. This is because the secured bad credit student loans are backed by your home as a security.

You would have to apply using the normal methods as all other landed immigrants. Having a degree and having already been in Canada is a major bonus. If you can find an employer willing to offer you a job and wait several months for a temporary work visa to be issued then you would be laughing. More information at www.cic.gc.ca
2 :
Nope. Foreign students have study permits in order to study in Canada and are expected to go home once their studies are done. From your home country you can then apply to immigrate but it won't be a simple or cheap venture. Even if you do qualify, there are so few jobs for our own people as it is that companies won't be so keen on hiring a foreigner.

Hello After Senior Secondary Education you need atleast 2 years study to be eligible for Canada Pr. After 2 years study u get 3 years work permit and if you are graduate than one year study in canada will help you to get PR. YOu get 2 year work permit than you can apply for canada PR.

How long does it take to qualify as a "local student" in Canada?
How long does it take to qualify as a "local student" in Canada?
Does one have to be a citizen? Or is permanent residency visa enough? (If yes then for how many years does one have to be a permanent resident to qualify as a local student.) (Local students pay the same fee as other locals or citizens. Whereas international students pay 3-4 times more.)

when granted permanent residency you are classed as a local for education, but getting PR is very difficult
2 :
You can be a PR to pay "local fees" but you generally have to have filed at least ONE tax return in order to qualify for a student loan. So maybe one year at the most. Certainly 3 months MINIMUM. The only rule that most provinces have regrading residency is you must live in Canada for 3 months before you become eligible for the health card. I would think the same rule applies for students as well. BUT this rules does NOT apply to Quebec - Quebec does have a 3 year residency rule before you can start paying local fees. .
3 :
You have to be a legal resident for one whole year to pay local fees. The application process takes two years if you are accepted. However, to immigrate you need a skill or trade in demand in Canada and at least a year's work experience in your own country.
