Do people living in Canada with a worker or student visa get free health care?

Do people living in Canada with a worker or student visa get free health care?
I'm from the United States, and I might try to apply for college at McGill. Do foreigners living in Canada get the same health care as citizens, or is it limited for foreigners?

It's limited to foreigners. I guess once you establish residency in Canada then you'd be eligible.
