Do people living in Canada with a worker or student visa get free health care?
I'm from the United States, and I might try to apply for college at McGill. Do foreigners living in Canada get the same health care as citizens, or is it limited for foreigners?

It's limited to foreigners. I guess once you establish residency in Canada then you'd be eligible.

People living legally and working in Canada are eligible. There is private insurance for students through the universities. You pay a fee.
