What are some private lenders which an American student studying in Canada can borrow from?
I'll be attending the University of Windsor in Fall 2010, and am having some trouble finding a private lender to help bridge the gap between federal aid from the U.S. government and what's left of my tuition and other living expenses. What lenders can I borrow money from?

I don't know for certain. If I were you, I'd investigate the opportunities for long-distance learning, such as an online course or a course via post.

Is it hard for an international student to get into a medicine program in Canada?
I want to study medicine in Canada but I heard its hard to get into the program because there's limited places for international students. If not, what are the top medicine universities in Canada?

There are many, many universities in Canada from coast to coast that offer programs in medicine. They will all give you a medical degree after 5 - 6 years from which you go on to internship, mostly at hospitals for about 5 years. After that you will become a registered MD, and free to seek work wherever you wish. The average age of newly minted MDs is in the early 30s. You have to pass entrance exams and be academically accepted, irregardless of which country you come from. If you are really good, you may get some bursaries to help pay for the education. OSAP (Ontario) or other provincial student loans may be available to you but they will NOT be enough to live and study on. You could work but that will probably take too much time and not pay enough, anyway. You need an outside source of funds (rich parents?) to complete your degree. As an immigrant from ANY country, you have to apply for a student visa here. No exceptions. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/index.asp
