does IELTS compulsory for canada student visa ?
i want to know same above, more i would also like to know that who deiced to have IELTS must, embassy or collages ? should embassy interfere in this matter, are they concern weather IELTS has or not?

it is a must requirements by colleges of all america,canada,and other english countries,and on that base u will be given the student visa ---i think you should score 5.5 all in total-----as u are planning to study there ,this score should not be a problem
