Can someone who lives in the United States become an exchange student in Canada?
I was thinking of becoming an exchange student when I am in the 11th grade. I either want to go to France or Canada (most likely somewhere in Quebec), but my parents want me to stay as close to home as possible.

Yes, it can be done ... be careful about asking on YA ... there are paid recruiters from the big programs who troll the questions looking for new students (just be careful).
