The link the above poster gave goes to the student visa page for the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website (CIC). That's the gov't page where you can download the forms, guides, etc. I'd also recommend http://www.roadtocanada.com, which is a forum where you can read up on other people's issues and ask questions yourself.
