Student moving to Canada from US with illegal status?
I'm international student from Turkmenistan in USA. However, last week got denied my reinstatement even if i'm in new college. I was thinking to transfer to Ottawa university in Canada with my not valid student status in US. The bad part is there is NO Canadian Embassy in Turkmenistan but i really want move and study there. What should i do? Is there chance to receive Canadian student visa? I would go home but how can i obtain Canadian visa without the embassy?

You must return to your own country immediately and urgently. Canada has serious objections to those who violate other countries' immigration laws & visa regulations. Overstaying in US could well keep you out of Canada. Get going & get home fast. Then start applying to colleges, etc. BTW, fouling up school in the US is probably going to keep you out of Canadian colleges. You'd better get your butt back home before you land in really big trouble.
