Will previous rejection of a student visa to Canada lead to a failure in the second time as well?
I was rejected a student visa to Canada 2 years back.....n now intend to apply again for a credit transfer....will the previous rejection cause me a rejection again?

Depends what has materially changed since your failed application that might make them change their mind.
