After getting us student visa can anyone apply for canada's student visa simultaneously?
SUPPOSE ONE GOT STUDENT VISA OF USA FOR FIVE YEARS BUT THEN HE DECIDES NOT TO GO TO USA BUT WANTS TO APPLY FOR CANADA.CAN HE DO SO?

no one stops you from doing so if you want to go and study in canada and not in US. you should ave solid reason why you want to go to Canada to study and not US.
