Came to Canada as student permit its finished can I still apply to come to Canada as visiting visa?
A person came to Canada as a student permit hes finished studing and its expired went Indian about 6 months ago can the same person apply to come as visiting visa in Canada.

yes you can apply for a tourist visa,but must leave when the visa expires

Yeah, you can. But you were gone for more than 90 days, so make sure you apply all new instead of for the reinstation of status one.
