Entering Canada on a Student work Visa?
I will be entering Canada on a student work visa. I may have a minor indiscretion on my record (unsure) of a public order offence. I was issued with a fine originally but it was resolved as a misunderstanding and i was let off with a warning, didn't have to pay a fine etc. Will i have to declare this?

No. If you weren't convicted of something then you don't have to declare it.
