I have a Hong Kong passport and a student visa for studying in Canada. Can I vacation?
I am 19 years of age and male. I want to vacation with my girlfriends family to Cuba or some tropical place (Costa Rica, ect.) I was wondering if I am allowed to go vacation (aka leaving Canadian soil) I don't have a canadian visa, I only have a HK passport and a student visa allowing me to stay in Canada to study. They are also going to Florda this March Break, am I also allowed to enter american soil for vacation? Thanks ** Canadian citizen, not Visa

I am not a student, but we have the same status here in canada. why not call the immigration 1-888-242-2100. They would surely give the right answer for your question
