how long does it takes to have student visa for canada if ur from philippines?
i have completed all the basic requirements and documents. I have the money, i have an incampus residence already booked in the college in canada, i have low toefl grade though, it was 73 and im in a good medical condition. It has been 3 weeks since i applied for this visa and the one who helped me prepair for the visa told me that the longer it takes the better it is. Is it true? Oh by the way, the one who helped me is a professional in canadian visas.
