Getting a student loan for an American to study in Canada?
What kinds of student loans can an American potentially receive to study in Canada? Do federal loans like the stafford apply, or would I have to go entirely private? Thanks!

If the Canadian school is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (most, if not all Canadian universities are), you'll be eligible for the Stafford Student Loan and your parents will be eligible for the Parents PLUS Loan.
